The DGPA is starting off the new year with a VIP Meats Fundraiser. Fill your freezer for the year with beef, chicken, pork, sausage perogies, burgers and more!
Each participating athlete will collect orders with full payment and submit their sheets and money by Friday, February 21st, 2025 at 7pm. No late orders will be accepted. Please scan and email your forms and send payment to treasurer@dgpa.ca
Participation Requirements:
Every athlete must complete this Intent to Participate. Please also note the following;
- Sell as much or a little VIP Meats products on the attached order form in the 2 week selling period
- All forms and money must be submitted to the DGPA no later than 7pm Friday February 21st.
- Delivery of products will arrive at the gym on the evening of Thursday, February 27th. You MUST come to the gym to pick up your orders and orders that you have collected. We will not be able to store your orders.
Allocation of Funds'
The funds raised by this fundraiser will be distributed by athlete and is solely dependent on the amount that each individual athlete sells. Please check the Profit Sheet uploaded to the fundraisers BAND for a breakdown of the profit available per item (ranges from $3.50 - $35 per item)
