You can request your account balance by emailing treasurer@dgpa.ca
Complete the Reimbursement Request form. Funds will be reimbursed via e-transfer to the email address provided on the form. Receipts may be required to show proof of payment for the items being reimbursed.
Please note that funds that are requested are to reimburse you for expenses you have already paid for. If you would like to apply your fundraising to your monthly fees, please send us a copy of last months invoice to be reimbursed for those fees. The DGPA does not pay ahead for future expenses.
