Location: Freson Bros - Rabbit Hill, 5139 Mullen Rd NW
More Info: We are hosting a BBQ fundraiser at Freson Bros - Rabbit Hill, where the store generously provides the BBQ equipment and all the food products In return, the DGPA keeps 100% of the proceeds from the sales that day. We're looking for 6 athlete volunteers split into two shifts of three, along with 6 parents split into two shifts of three; grilling, serving, and handling sales/ donations through the day.
Spots are limited and filled on a first come, first serve basis. The committee will contact you if you've been selected to volunteer.
Shift 1: 10:45am - 12:45pm (3 athlete, 3 parent volunteers)
Shift 2: 12:45pm - 2:45pm (3 athlete, 3 parent volunteers)
Participation Requirements:
1. Every athlete must complete the Intent to Participate.
2. You must sign up for a shift on the BAND.
Please also note the following;
- Must be available for their full 2 hour shift (athletes and parents alike) - no early departures.
- Closed-toe shoes (if working around grill, hot surfaces)
- Weather appropriate clothing
- Follow basic hygiene practices (hand washing/ sanitizing) before handling any food items
- Follow any food handling instructions provided by Freson Bros staff on site
- Follow directions from Freson Bros staff and supervising parent
- Represent Dreams Gymnastics professionally and respectfully with customers
Allocation of Funds
The total funds raised from the BBQ, across all shifts, will be split evenly among all participating families.
