We are working with a supplier who brings the most amazing Christmas trees in from Nova Scotia - the Balsam Fir capital of the world.
These trees are perfectly shaped, and are one of the highest grades of Christmas tree you can buy. They are also incredibly fresh as they are chopped, wrapped and loaded up into a freight train, all within 24 hours. The trees arrive in Alberta just a few days later, ready to be picked up.
Benefits of purchasing one of these trees over one from a box store or a tree lot:
- These are medium density trees. (Scale is High - Medium - Low - Economy). Box stores sell economy level trees.
- Our trees are chopped, then moved inside a shipping container while transported to Alberta, then stored sheltered from the elements in Sherwood Park until the pick up date, meaning no harsh winds to dry our trees out.
- We are reasonably and competitively priced against the big box stores, with a superior product, while supporting local athletes at the same time!
Trees are available in 1 foot increments from 5ft - 11ft tall. A full price list is available below as well as on the order form. Please remind your buyers that since these trees are classified in 1 foot categories their 6-7 ft tree might be 6'1" or 6'11" in size, and encourage them to size up if they are concerned about getting a smaller sized tree.
Estimated Pickup and Delivery weekend is November 29 - 30. All customers ordering trees will be contacted via email with exact details once we have them.
We will be offering delivery as an option:
$15 for Edmonton & Sherwood Park
$20 for all other areas (Including Spruce Grove/Stony Plain, Beaumont, Leduc, St. Albert, Fort Saskatchewan, Rural addresses in Strathcona and Parkland County's)
The delivery fees collected will be distributed among those who helped with the deliveries to offset the cost of gas.

2. Within 24 hours you will receive an invitation to create a Rally Up account for your personal selling page. Complete the set up and share your link to start selling!
Order Forms
All tree sales will be online this year through a platform called Rally Up. Please complete the intent to participate so we can send you the invite to fill out your athlete's fundraising page. You can use this link to be credited with sales, or let the person purchasing from you know to choose your athlete's name from the drop down list during the check out process.
Allocation of Funds
The funds raised by this fundraiser will be distributed as per individual sales of each athlete.
The estimated return for this fundraiser depends on the size of tree sold.
