Sign up for shifts for the concession and the DGPA fundraising table where we will be selling roses & grip bags with a chance to win a $50 Gym Gear Gift Card!
Participation Requirements: Every athlete must meet the following requirements to qualify for a share of the profits:
- Complete the Intent to Participate
- Sign up for at least 1 shift via the Sign Up genius link below
- Work at least one (1) three-hour shift
Members are allowed to sign up for multiple shifts.
Anyone working the fundraising table must be at least 18 years old.
There can be one individual working the concession who is between the ages of 14 and 18, but the must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
Allocation of Funds: The profit from this fundraiser will be calculated based on the sum of the following:
- Total profit made from Concession sales
- Total profit made from Roses sales
- Total profit made from the Grip Bag Fundraiser
The total profit then will be divided among the number of shifts worked cumulatively by the group and distributed according to how many shifts each member worked.
