Over the next couple of months, we will be selling West Edmonton Mall Waterpark tickets! These tickets are for a set date and time (please see below), and there will only be 750 available (capacity of the waterpark is 2,000 people).
Event Details:
Friday, May 31, 2024 5:30PM - 8:30 PM
Tickets: $35 each
Tickets for this event will be sold via Eventbrite. People who purchase tickets will check in at the DGPA table across from Rocky Mountain Chocolate at the end of the bridge the day of the event. We will not be allowed to start redeeming vouchers until 5:00pm the day of the event.
Participation Requirements: Every athlete must meet the following requirements to qualify for a share of the profits:
- Join the WEM Waterpark BAND (this will act as your intent to participate)
- Request your unique seller URL (check the Notices)
- Share your unique seller code with as many people as you can. Each sale you make will count towards your sales total! You must have a minimum of 10 tickets credited to your personal sales account to qualify for a portion of the general sales.
Athlete Return:
Each athlete will earn profit directly related to how many tickets they sell. Estimated return per athlete is ~$8.00/ticket sold.
There is also a general sales URL that will be searchable on Eventbrite and used on posters at the gym. Any tickets sold here will be split amongst all qualified participants of this fundraiser. You will need to sell at least 10 tickets to qualify for a part of the general sales.
Since we have to purchase the full lot of tickets, any unsold tickets will go against the total value of profit at the end of the fundraiser, decreasing the amount of profit made per ticket sold.
