The DGPA would like to provide the opportunity for parents to raise money by working a concession stand at Commonwealth Stadium during the Elks games, and other events such as concerts or other sporting events.
This intent to participate is to help gauge how many slots we can sign up for and will determine what kind of concession stand we can sign up for. The formal shift sign ups will happen closer to the spring.

The funds raised by this fundraiser will be distributed as per the following structure:
Bonuses are determined based on a number of factors set out by Western Food Services (how clean the concession stand is after we are done, accuracy in inventory, accuracy in the cash box, ensuring we met the minimum number of worked for each shift etc).
We have spoken to another organization who has done this for a number of years, and a participant who worked 11 games & events last year earned a return of ~$2,000 based on the structure outlined above.
No. There will be no minimum number of shifts you will be required to sign up for.
